It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of juta888 is lawful in your jurisdiction. juta888 does not warrant that its services are available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. You must not use the Platform if doing so would violate applicable laws in your country or region of residence.
3.3 Account Limits. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) juta888 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information. juta888 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juta888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
4.2 juta888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify juta888 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or security breach affecting your account.
4.3 juta888 may at its discretion require additional verification steps — including two-factor authentication — to protect the security of your account. You are encouraged to enable available security features through your account settings.

5.1 Approved Methods. juta888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via approved payment methods only, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. juta888 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on juta888 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions.
5.3 KYC for Withdrawals. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the processing of your first withdrawal. You must submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — a Malaysian MyKad or international passport — and any additional documents requested by juta888's verification team.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. juta888 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes via supported e-wallets and within 1–3 business hours via bank transfer. Processing times may extend during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit and withdraw funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of third parties, or via payment methods not registered in your name, is prohibited and may trigger account suspension pending investigation.

6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on juta888 are subject to specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions while playing with bonus funds.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered the requisite number of times before they, or any winnings derived therefrom, can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the corresponding promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse. juta888 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or collusion with other players.
6.4 juta888 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any vested rights that have already been earned by a Member in good faith.

7.1 All bets placed on juta888's Sportsbook, live casino, slots, Sic Bo, and Betting products are subject to the specific game and product rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific product rules, the specific product rules shall prevail in respect of that product.
7.2 juta888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or where a technical malfunction has affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the affected bet stake will be returned to the Member's wallet.
7.3 For live sportsbook events, juta888 may suspend betting markets at any time. Any bets placed and confirmed before market suspension will be honoured subject to outcome verification.
7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products on juta888 and are displayed within each respective game or betting interface. juta888 reserves the right to adjust individual Member betting limits at its discretion.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the juta888 Platform:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content on the juta888 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data structures — is the intellectual property of the Operator or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of juta888.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juta888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
10.2 juta888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. juta888 will not be liable for losses claimed to result from Platform downtime.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits juta888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 juta888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
12.2 Where an account is closed due to a Member's breach of these Terms, juta888 may forfeit any or all of the balance in that account, including Real Money Funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the nature of the breach.
12.3 Members wishing to voluntarily close their juta888 account may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method following successful KYC verification, subject to any applicable holds.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through juta888's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under the Operator's gaming licence conditions.
juta888's internal complaints process is the first point of escalation for all Member disputes. Members may submit a formal complaint via the in-platform live chat or by email to [email protected]. juta888 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
